This policy applies to all information collected or submitted via the Crew Call App for iPhone, the Production Hub App for iPadOS and the Production Hub App for macOS.

Crew Call collects aggregate, anonymous statistics, such as the percentage of users who use particular features. This information is used to improve Crew Call and guide product development. Data that is collected may include information such as your device’s IP address, device name and version, operating system version, your locale, language preferences and other usage statistics.
To provide accurate, global statistics for our ‘Industry Statistics’ feature, Crew Call collects aggregate, anonymous information such as work date and total work hours.
2. Information Usage
We use the information we collect to improve Crew Call, provide features within Crew Call and to provide customer support.
We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Crew Call’s functionality.
Crew Call does not share your data with third parties for the purposes of advertising or cross device tracking. Crew Call has explicitly disabled the Advertising Identifier for iOS (IDFA).

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication within Crew Call requires HTTPS. Crew Call adheres to all standard encryption protocols that are utilised by Apple and third-party services. Industry Statistics is protected with end-to-end AES-256 encryption while in transit and at rest.
4. Third-Party Links and Content
Crew Call may link to external sites that are not operated by us. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
5. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information in our app from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our app is structured to attract anyone under 13.
7. Information for European Union Customers
By using Crew Call and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
8. International Transfers of Informations
Information may be processed, stored, and used outside of the country in which you are located. Data privacy laws vary across jurisdictions, and different laws may be applicable to your data depending on where it is processed, stored, or used.
